That's good to hear. It's like me and my QT (I never took to Reiki like QT). I was at a braai on Friday and ended up QT'ing 2 people and a cat.

Believe me Amen i will!  Was bouncing off the walls this afternoon! You will not believe the amount of stuff I managed to do this afternoon, you should have seen the dinner I prepared...............we've got enough to eat for the next 10 days hehehe!

in addition to grounding. I make cutting motions with my hands around my body to 'cut' myself off from my clients energy after the client has left. Kinda like a mini cordcutting, not much is needed though, cause its a short duration 'relationship'.

Its not something that I was taught when I was learning, but knowing what I do about cords, I find it very useful in addition to grounding.
