These are awesome Peter. And they actually make a lot of sense, very logical stuff.

Thanks for sharing them. Curious question: are they the same "rules" that apply for Satanism, or are they applicable for any faith. They also kind of make me think of martial arts for some reason..

As far as Satanism is concerned, this would depend on what form of Satanism you are referring to. Gnostic Satanism would embrace almost all of those rules while Modern Satanism would acknowledge some of them. Most other forms of Satanism would reject them completely.
These are Warlockian rules and should be interpreted as a guideline. In practise it would be almost impossiable to abide entirely by them. Anybody that can live an entire life according to those rules would be the `perfect' human - Warlockian opinion.
These rules are not coupled to any form of religion or Path. The word `Warlock' is prominent thus the mistake is made that the rules are designed for a particular Path.

Thats rather interesting...

I know that being wiccan I should frown upon the word Warlock, but I cannot in your case, for the simple reason that you have proved each and every "wiccan" concept of the word wrong.

I find it freeing of mind and spirit to follow your discussions. You really do bring some interesting dimensions to the forum as a whole, and I am sure that most of the members here will agree with me on that.

I will be adding them to my B.O.S as I feel they are most valuable in reminding me of who I am, and what it is I believe in.

'Tis not the Wiccan concept that is to blame. The negative connotations to the word `Warlock' are from the Christian (or should I rather say Catholic) propaganda machine. "Divide and conquer" being the motivation.
During my childhood years I was led to believe that the Wiccans were the most evil of ALL women. They were described as the whores of Satan that ate their children alive. Trained as a Warlock from a very early age, I felt it my duty to rid the world of this despicable `evil'. I studied my `enemy' diligently only to discover that they were, in fact, the most gentle peace-loving people that this planet has ever had the honor of accommodating. THAT was when this old Warlock turned on its `owners' in unspeakable fury.
I owe much to Wicca for opening my eyes to the truth. On my honor I will cherish and protect this wonderful Path.

I am indeed honored to be on this wonderful forum, and most pleased that you enjoy my presence. Thank you.

I too have been on the same path your christian foe is on. An enemy is a friend who does not understand you.

My story (ramblings of a madman):
I of course struggled inwardly against the world I was told existed. When I felt brave enough, I had a serious discussion with God. (My concept as it was then.) This lead me to one inevitable conclusion: The God I believed in was not the Loving God I wanted to believe in. And my own path began. I now believe that Christianity is a great religion, but has its' limits. Is our path only to die and go back to heaven? And then? The whole FOREVER part did not add up! I immediately went back to God and told him, "I am going to go looking for the Real God. The one who made everything. And if You are going to send me to Hell forever, then YOU ARE NOT THE REAL GOD!"

Witchcraft was my next step, and having found the "war" between "witches" and "christians" and the great beauty within Witchcraft, I had to re-examine God and People. Now I view religions as schools of thought, meant to open certain "blocks" of space within your mind.

I find it a great joy to meet people who have a god-mind, ie. do not believe they are sheep (or  :censor: ) but a wonderful creation - like everything else. Wicca is a wonderful example of this, yet the Bible (like most good writ) has been modified to such an extent that at one point a conclusion had to be drawn. Love vs Fear.

But, if you Fear that which you should Love, then Love has begun to leave the building. This is a verification that you are maturing and ready to move onwards with life. :3':

@ Jedarach.

Funny thing, that word `forever'. Does NOT appear anywhere in the original Greek scriptures. They use the word ouviouo xpoviKo, meaning `short time'. This was changed to ueyaAo xpoviKo, meaning `eternity'. (Please excuse my keyboard characters. They don't speak Greek.)

I don't speak Whale either, but I am working on it.

Further to what Jedarach said, I don't believe that there is such a thing as a `bad' religion. It is what humans do with a religion that makes it bad.

I totally agree with that

I think (perhaps) the time has come to not base people on their religions, but base people on themselves. A fool can turn the most purest form of religion into hate and war.

[Oh, and thanks for that creed, Mr Warlock. It is making its way into my grimoire as well.]

Mmmmmm Tombe. Philosophically I would argue that it would take an intelligent self-serving person to change a pure love-based religion into one of hate and war. It is the fool that FOLLOWS him.

I am indeed honored to be able to share with all the Warlockian Creed. I am humbled that so many have taken an interest in it. Thank you.
