Qigong
« on: February 05, 2010, 11:58:53 PM »
Qi may be translated as "Vital Energy" and Gong as "To Cultivate"

Qigong has over 90000 different styles and is a very powerful way of increasing energy storage starting from the Lower Tan Tien (about 3 fingers below naval and half way inside the body), Middel Tan Tien (between the nipples) and the Upper Tan Tien (center of the brow where energy storage actually increases intelligence).

People with mental disorders shouldn't practice Qigong as severe bipolar disorder or very unstable emotions can arise from this practice. Same goes for a person bleeding or for woman in their menstrual cycle - Qigong increases blood flow which will worsen both scenarios.

I only have info on the Standing on Stake Qigong which is the preferred way of boosting energy storage / capacity for Quantum Touch which also enhances psychic abilities and heal the body. Each style is for something different and one style might even be good for people with mental disorders.

Does anyone have information on the rest of the 89999+ styles, what they are good for and instructions on how to perform them?

Sorry - no clue about Qigong but it definitely sounds like something I should learn more about.

Qigong also makes you more sensitive to energy.

Skip to Chapter 8 in Quantum Touch - Core Transformation, I'm going to start my mornings with 5-10 minutes of Qigong to increase my energy levels and get a boost for the day.

Check the youtube video I've posted, burning a newspaper using Qigong, making a bulb glow using your hands, healing, shocking people, etc.

Re: Qigong - nai gong and chi gong

Here's a demonstration of how powerful nai gong and chi gong are:

Quote
It was just last year I found this person. He is the first Westerner to ever be admitted into the ancient school of Mo Pai. About four or five other Westerners have become students, but all have failed for one reason or another. There has never been another Westerner to have ever reached the 3rd level.
This person is currently in training to go on to the 4th level of nai gong which is different from chi gong, despite what other alleged, pseudo anthorities say.
The short segment is his testing for the 3rd level when he passed in 2000.
Notice that the boxes are against a wall, and they fall forward and not backward as if there was something blowing them backward from the front. There are two methods of either pulling them forward or pushing them backward. The distance between his hand and the boxes is over 9 feet; a tape measure is seen on the floor.
As you can see in the video, along with the Wester student is the world famous master/teacher, John Chang and his son.

Had some correspondence with Alain Herriott and this is what he had to say about using Nei gong to develop telekinesis:

Quote
Nei gong is, at least classically, the breathing part or aspect of Qigong. In other words, as you do your Qigong semi contemplate the desired outcome. So for telekinesis put out or state it as a desire before you start so that the information that you gather from the universe can be directed toward that, as you do your Qigong.

I suppose one can use Nei gong to reinforce your goals on a daily basis.
